Two-Day Workshop: Introduction to Rosen Method Bodywork -Kyoto, Japan – TBA

offered by Judyth O. Weaver, Ph.D. — Senior Rosen Method Teacher

Rosen Method Bodywork is a subtle practice that uses presence, touch, words and movement to help the client access embodied self-awareness.
A hands-on practice that addresses the body, mind, spirit, and emotions, it is a powerful tool for stress reduction and for strengthening the body / mind connection. Rosen Method is a valuable technique for personal growth and for finding the path of the heart and soul in one’s life and living more fully in the present.

Rosen Method is a holistic approach to physical and emotional health. It is effective in easing chronic tension and its ill effects on the mind and body. Distinguished by its gentle, direct touch, the practitioner’s hands listen rather than manipulate. As this process unfolds, habitual tension and old patterns may be released, thereby freeing the client to experience more aliveness, new choices in life, and a greater sense of well-being. Listening to the wisdom that comes from within brings forth relaxation of the muscles, ease in the breath, revived creativity and new possibilities for living one’s life with an honoring of our deepest sense of ourselves, our truth.

This workshop will include a demonstration and experiential hands-on learning for all participants.

“This work is about transformation –
from the person we think we are to the person we really are”
